1Definitions & Interpretation

10Account Closure & Suspension

IPAYUNG reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time if there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspicious activity, or at the request of a competent authority.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the iPAYUNG support team. Provided no violations have occurred, any valid remaining funds in the account will be returned to the member once the verification process is complete.
